A big thank's to you all for our wonderful stay at Vila Tenang.  It was one of the most relaxing holidays ever, which was just what we were looking for.  The Vila was fantastic, with everything you could ever need.  Set in such an idyllic spot, it was great to be able to take a walk to the beach, down to the river or just admire the views from the pool and decking area.   Not to mention the delicious food served daily.

Dewa was a great guide on our days out, and we felt privileged to learn about the Balinese history and culture from a local.  Two weeks just wasn’t long enough!

I do hope we can make it back soon.  Thank you once again for making us feel so welcome and making our holiday one to remember.

We all had a wonderful stay in Bali. After many a full day of sightseeing with Dewa it was great to return to Villa Tenang in the tranquil setting among the tropical plants and of course the pool. The meals were, without question, cooked to perfection - the menu was extensive.

It was a privilege to meet yourselves and your staff. When we talk about Bali we not only think of shopping and sightseeing but we think of Dewa and Seca who played a big part in making our visit a memorable one.

We truly had a great time and have some fine memories to look back on. You've got a wonderful spot and you've obviously put a lot of care into the design and craftsmanship of the place.

Dewa, you and your staff made us feel very comfortable right from the start to our final goodbyes. I will never forget waking up after arriving in the dark to see the surprising view from your westernmost bedroom and hearing our kids already up and in the pool. It was the perfect place to gather with our family and friends. 

After traveling on to Ubud, Lovina and finally Nusu Dua which were all great in their own ways, I can say that your place was the top of my Bali favorites list. The combination of tasteful accommodations, beautiful surroundings, friendly local villagers and a distinct feeling that we were peacefully in our own part of "real Bali" made for a very storybook visit.

Hopefully we'll make it back some day and we'll be sure to start our trip the very same way, only for a longer stay. We've been advertising your place to our best friends who have been to Bali before and are planning to get over there while Tim is still stationed in Jakarta.

Happy New Year

We’re now safely home from our visit at Bali and your Vila Tenang. We’ve had the best holiday ever. 

Dewa and the staff have been wonderful to us and we had been very well cared for.

The Vila and surroundings was much more then expected and we came to love the place and learned a lot about the village and the people.

At New Years Eve, Dewa and the staff arranged a garden party for us and even hired a gamelan band and dancers from the village. We helped making Decorations from coconut leaves and had a really wonderful day.

Once again, A Happy New Year and thank’s.

We had a great time in Bali.  Dewa was wonderful and we can't say enough about the food.  

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. 

We were getting our pictures developed and the girl at Blacks wants to come and get married in Bali. 

I was telling her about the villa and she is so excited.  

We just got home on Sunday with many wonderful memories.  Hope everything is going well for you both.  Hope to keep in touch.

We did have a superb time in Bali, it is such a lovely country with friendly people and exotic landscapes.

Our time in the villa was wonderful - the staff that looked after the villa and pool were happy, friendly and courteous.  

We liked the villa itself and thought the standard of workmanship throughout wonderful.

Dewa, your manager, was brilliant, making sure our needs were met and driving us to all the sites we wanted and along with his knowledge we discovered all about the culture and customs of Bali.
